Plan and billing

Your term, changes and cancellation

The 12-month term, what upgrading does, and what leaving early costs.

4 min read

A membership runs for a 12-month term. You can pay monthly, or pay for the year up front and get twelve months of care for eleven months of payment.

Changing your plan

  • Upgrading is free, takes effect immediately, and restarts the 12-month term from that date
  • Your visit entitlement becomes the new plan's, less any visits already used this year
  • Downgrading is treated as a partial cancellation and takes effect at the next billing cycle
  • Adding pieces is an upgrade; removing them takes effect at renewal

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling before the term ends costs 50% of the remaining months, charged when you cancel. Service continues to the end of the current billing period.

This is a term contract, not a rolling subscription. Before you enrol, the flow shows you the exact figure it would cost to leave after month one, for your price.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, care eligibility pauses until it is resolved. Updating your card from Billing restores it — nothing is lost in the meantime.
