Membership

What You Are Actually Buying

A scheduled maintenance programme for furniture you intend to keep — not insurance, not a repair service, and not a cleaning subscription. Here is precisely how it works.

The short version

You pay $49.99 a month or more depending on how many pieces you enroll. You register those pieces and photograph them. A technician we employ then visits once a year, conditions and touches up every registered piece, and files a written report. Between visits you can ask our specialists anything about caring for what you own.

What it is not: if your frame breaks, your dog ruins a cushion, or a flood reaches your dining table, that is outside our services. Those are repair and insurance problems. We handle the slow decline, not the sudden disaster.

A membership, start to finish

Six stages, from the day you enroll to the day you decide whether to renew.

01

Choose a tier and enroll

Tiers differ by how many pieces you can enroll and how scheduling is prioritised. Enrollment takes a few minutes and you can change tier later without starting over.

You will need your service address and a rough sense of which pieces matter most to you.

02

Register your pieces and photograph them

Each piece is recorded with its maker, material, approximate age, and room, then photographed. This is the condition baseline — the reference point every future visit is measured against.

Photographs are stored privately and are never used publicly without your separate written permission.

03

We plan your care

A specialist reviews your baseline photographs, identifies the materials in your collection, and builds the care schedule your visits will follow. You will see your first available dates in your dashboard as soon as scheduling opens.

Nothing is required from you during this stage. We will let you know the moment your calendar is open.

04

Book your annual care visit

One comprehensive visit per twelve-month cycle cares for every registered piece in a single appointment. You book it from your portal against real technician availability in your area.

You or another adult must be present throughout, and each piece needs safe, clear access.

05

Receive the written report

After the visit, a report lands in your portal naming the technician, what was done to each piece, updated photographs, and anything they want you to watch.

This accumulates into a documented history — useful for insurance, resale, and estate purposes.

06

Renew, change, or cancel

Membership renews automatically. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your portal at any time without a phone call.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the term you have already paid for; service continues until then.

Where the line sits

We publish what we will not do in the same detail as what we will. Read this side by side before you enroll.

Included every visit

  • Deep conditioning of leather, solid wood, and veneer
  • Polishing, dust removal, and protective treatment of intricate detail
  • Cosmetic touch-ups to superficial scratches from ordinary use
  • Surface treatment and refreshing of upholstery and textiles
  • Hardware tightening and preventive adjustment
  • Updated photographic documentation at every visit

Never included

  • Structural repair — broken frames, failed joinery, snapped legs
  • Complete refinishing, chemical stripping, or re-staining
  • Upholstery replacement, re-covering, or restuffing
  • Damage from accident, disaster, fire, flood, pests, or animals
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repair attempts
  • Pre-existing damage documented at enrollment
  • Antiquities requiring museum-standard conservation

If a technician finds something in this column, they will tell you plainly and, where we can, point you to someone who does that work. They are not paid more for attempting it.

Choosing a tier

Billing, changes, and cancellation

How you are charged

Payment is taken in advance, monthly or yearly, and renews automatically until you cancel. Cards are handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your card number. We give at least 30 days' notice before any price change, and you can cancel before that renewal if you do not accept it.

Changing tier

Upgrade or downgrade from your portal at any time. Upgrading raises your piece limit immediately, and your care schedule carries across.

Cancelling

Cancel from your portal in a few clicks. No retention call. Your plan continues to the end of the term you have paid for, and we do not pro-rate refunds for the unused remainder. Your furniture records stay accessible afterwards unless you ask us to delete them.

If a payment fails

The membership goes past due and care eligibility pauses while it is unresolved. We will contact you before taking any further action. Updating your payment method restores everything straight away.

Is this worth it for you?

Probably yes, if

  • You own pieces you intend to keep for a decade or more.
  • Leather, solid wood, or fine textiles feature heavily.
  • You want documented condition history for insurance or resale.
  • You would rather spend predictably than face a restoration bill.

Probably not, if

  • Something is already broken — you need a restorer, not us.
  • You expect to be reimbursed for accidental damage. That is insurance, not care.
  • Your furniture is mostly laminate or flat-pack.
  • You want a single appointment rather than an ongoing care relationship.

If you are unsure, ask us before you buy. We will tell you honestly when the answer is no — call 1-844-555-1991 or ask us directly.
