Why this page is empty
Our members are on annual care cycles, so a review that means anything only exists after someone has been through at least one full visit. We are not going to fill the gap with invented quotes in the meantime, and we will not publish a star rating until there are real ratings to average.
When reviews do appear here, they will be from members with an active or recently-ended membership, published with their permission. We will not remove one for being critical, and we will never offer a discount, credit, or anything else in exchange for writing one.

We would like to hear how the service is actually going — including what has disappointed you. Write to us at support@furnishcare.com. Nothing gets published without your explicit approval of the exact wording.
What to judge us on instead
- Read the coverage exclusions before you read anything else. We publish what we will not do in the same detail as what we will.
- Read the Terms before you buy — they state the billing commitment plainly, and we would rather you knew.
- Ask on a call whether your specific pieces are worth covering. We will tell you when the answer is no.
- Call us and describe what you own. We will tell you if a plan is not worth it for your pieces.
