Enrolment takes a few minutes and your first visit is not immediate. Here is the sequence.
- 1You complete enrolment and pay. Your membership is active from that moment.
- 2You register your pieces and upload baseline photographs. This unlocks the rest of the portal, and no visit can be booked until it is done.
- 3Care visits become bookable 60 days after activation. The calendar in your portal stays closed until then and will tell you the date.
- 4Once open, you choose from the windows technicians have published for your area.
Why the 60 days
Preventive care is not urgent work, and the wait keeps the price where it is. Without it, a membership could be bought the day before a visit and cancelled the day after — and everyone else would pay for that in higher prices or thinner service.
You can use everything else immediately: register pieces, upload photographs, raise care requests for advice, and reach a care specialist for guidance on daily maintenance or a spill.
