Registering your pieces

Only registered pieces are covered. How to register them well.

4 min read

Your membership covers a specific number of pieces — the count you gave during enrolment — and coverage applies only to pieces you have actually registered in the portal.

What to record

  • Category and primary material — a leather sofa and an oiled walnut table need different products and different technique
  • Maker and approximate age, if you know them
  • Which room it lives in, so a technician can plan the visit
  • Any existing marks, wear or repairs, described plainly

Adding more pieces later

Raise your piece count from Billing. New pieces are covered once they are registered with photographs, and your price updates at the next billing cycle. If the increase crosses into a higher band, the plan reprices to that band.

Reducing your piece count takes effect at renewal rather than immediately.
